The clients, a well-known family from the Textile Industry, in Surat, desired a house for two generations and approached us with the top two floors of a luxurious apartment project along with the rights over the terrace too. The lower floor with the formal living, dining and kitchen, was developed for the masters of the house, and the upper floor with the multipurpose lounge and study room, was developed for the two sons, and their family. A pantry, lounge and spa has been developed in the terrace for the warm family to entertain their guests. The design brief focused on creating a timeless, sober and functional house.
