The narrow 18 ft x 110 ft site, three storey buildings along both the long site boundaries, and the plush aspirations of the client, combined to push us to design a villa that is grand, well lit, well ventilated, easy to maintain and having a good aesthetic appeal. The heart of the residence is the courtyard with a glass roof which provides abundant natural light and ventilation to the entire house. The chick material palette of imported Italian marbles and polished teak wood, creates the desired sophistication in the house. The cherry on the cake is the installation of the flying birds in the atrium which adds to the uniqueness to the house.
