This small commercial building was conceived with a very clear brief, the lower half to be a boutique and the upper half to be an office. The sculpturous building clearly represents the ‘Samanvay’ – a harmonious coming together of two different things, of the two diverse nature spaces. The diverse usage of the two parts of the building gets clearly reflected in the facade of the building with the boutique needing more blank walls and the office needing good usage of the daylight.
