A prominent and leading Chartered Accountant of the City, having offices across many cities, approached us to create a central corporate facility, that would be functional, modern and at the same time give a corporate identity to the company. This facility at its full capacity was to house abut 400 persons. The site is located in an Industrial park on the outskirts of the city. The building consists of three floors with each floor plate of about 15,000 sq ft. Ground floor primarily consists of public areas and amenities like Reception, Administration, Seminar room, Dining space and covered parking. The clean cuboid building is a form finished concrete structure wrapped with small glass blocks, that allow maximum indirect/ diffused day light to the work place having large number of people working. This minimal combination of material and the scale make it a prominent building in the vicinity.
