VELOX AUTOMATION

The founders of the company approached us with a strong vision to expand their business multirole and create an infrastructure that aligned with their aspirations. With plans to nearly triple their manufacturing output, they saw this as the right time to not only scale operations but also upgrade their systems and work culture. The proposal involved renovating the existing factory within the industrial park and constructing a new building on the same premises. Both buildings were to be connected, functioning as a single, efficient manufacturing unit. The new block would house parking on the ground floor, production facilities on the next three floors, and a staff dining area on the terrace. In the existing building, the ground floor would be repurposed for goods storage, the upper floor retained for production, and a new floor added on the terrace for executive offices. Upgrading administrative, accounts, project, and sales offices was also essential to enhance the overall work environment.
