THE ZEN HOUSE

This residential project involves the expansion of an existing home by integrating the adjoining flat to accommodate a family of four and their dog. The design process began with detailed measurements of both the existing and new spaces, as no site survey was available. Challenges arose as hidden structural elements were uncovered, necessitating adaptive redesigns. The goal was to create a calming, cozy, and warm environment, reflecting the client's clear vision and professional background in psychiatry. Emphasis was placed on efficient space utilization and incorporating existing structural elements.
