The clients desired to have exposed concrete as a crucial material in their palette; so we designed the farmhouse in an L- shaped plan keeping in mind the climatically comfortable environment necessary for the same. But due to unavoidable circumstances in the market, the project got cancelled. Later after 3 years they wanted to take it up again, so we revisited the site, however as we had evolved and learnt a lot in terms of designing over the past 3 years, we kept the plinth as it is but designed something completely different and fresh!
