Ar. Supriya Mulay is Associate Partner at Essteam Design Services LLP and Chief Landscape Architect based in Dubai. A graduate of CEPT University, Ahmedabad, she holds a B.Arch (1998) and an M.Arch in Landscape Architecture (2001), with international exposure as an exchange student at ETH Zurich in 1996.

With more than 20 years of professional experience across India and the UAE, Supriya has worked with leading international firms including Al Khatib Cracknell, Verdaus, and Al Barari Group in Dubai, and served as Principal Landscape Architect at RMSM Landscapes, Pune. Her portfolio spans master‑planning and infrastructure projects, residential and industrial townships, urban public realms, streetscapes, parks, shelterbelts, and institutional landscapes. She has also successfully undertaken independent projects as a freelancer and is actively engaged in academics, mentoring students with her articulate and process‑driven approach.

Her strengths include organized systems and process orientation, concept‑to‑detail design packages, sustainable strategies, environmental sensitivity, land management and grading, and value engineering.
