Ar. Nikunj Patel is Principal Partner and Project Lead at Essteam Design Services LLP. A graduate in Architecture from SCET, Surat (2003) and an IGBC Accredited Professional, he has been practicing since 2003 and became a Partner at Essteam in 2013.

With a keen interest in micro‑level detailing and issue resolution in both architectural and interior design, Nikunj is recognized for his ability to lead teams with persistence and clarity, ensuring that the spirit of design is fully realized. His professional journey spans diverse projects across industrial, residential, institutional, and commercial sectors. He was also named Regional Runners‑Up in the Indian Green League by IGBC (Surat Chapter, 2019).
