KP COURTYARD

Planned in R3 zone at Ahmedabad, the obvious constraint of maximum permissible height of 10 m, and the developer’s demand of increasing the density in the plot, led us to design a project with three storey apartment block built on stilt used for parking vehicles. The development is planned around 4 thematic courtyards corresponding to 4 seasons and 4 different age groups. A skywalk connects all the terraces to form a jogging track, a round of which gives a good overview of the entire scheme.
