Gaurav Gawande is a Civil Draughtsman with an ITI qualification from Government Industrial Training Institute, Akola, and has been part of Essteam since November 2025. He has contributed to projects including SHR, NSB, CEC, MMH, SMR, and JAO, supporting the team with technical drawings and design documentation.
