Vinit Modi holds a Bachelor of Architecture from DC Patel School of Architecture (APIED) and a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from IDPT‑SCET.A COA-registered architect, he has also received a National COA Award for his master’s thesis, “Reviving the Nuclei: A Case of Surat Fort Precinct Redevelopment.”  He brings over five  years of diverse professional experience gained at Aangan Architects, The Company of Design, Studio HMA, HCP, and INI Design Studio. He joined Essteam in May 2026 and has since contributed to significant projects including Ketan Patel Bungalow, Tejas Talia Bungalow, and KJD.

Vinit’s expertise spans interiors, architecture, master planning, and urban design, enabling him to approach projects with clarity and versatility across multiple scales. His ability to seamlessly transition from detailed design to broader urban perspectives reflects a well-rounded sensibility, enabling him to develop solutions that are both contextually responsive and creatively innovative. . With his academic foundation and wide‑ranging professional exposure, Vinit continues to bring strategic insight and design leadership to the team.
