Till date the largest design assignment for EssTeam; this residential project consists of 15 storey highrise towers with 8 variants of 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments, offers 'affordable luxury' keeping the needs of middle income group in mind. The master plan of the project, on one hand creates a wonderful network of barrier free open spaces for the users, and on other hand creates a system which offers tremendous flexibility for the developer to create phases and change product configurations from the 8 variants, based on the market demands, creating an interesting win-win for the developer and the end user.
